NGOs and other civil society actors play an important role in promoting and protecting fundamental rights throughout the European Union and in helping people to get to know their rights and to exercise them fully. Supporting civil society and promoting networking is therefore essential.
This call for proposals aims at selecting high quality projects that will be co-funded by the European Union in order to support civil society in the ten Member States.

Ein umfangreiches peplantes Ziel ist die Mitwirkung am “Projekt Sandbostel” , wo ein Kriegsgefangenenlager aus der Nazi-Zeitn, noch großenteils in Origionalstrukturen erhalten, in ein Zentrum für europäische Begegnungen umgewandelt werden soll.
